Yet this is what quietly happens under the watchful eye of psychiatrists every day in psychiatric institutions around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Restraint \u00e2\u20ac\u0153procedures\u00e2\u20ac\u009d are the most visible evidence of the barbaric practices that psychiatrists choose to call therapy or treatment.
