Around holidays, the psychiatric industry typically promotes lots of media about holiday stress. We’ve written about stress<\/a> previously; particularly about holiday stress<\/a>.<\/p>\n

There are even scholarly research articles<\/a> about it: “Urban legend suggests that psychopathology tends to increase around the holidays.” You don’t have to agree with this.<\/p>\n
