font-size: small;\">A Broward foster child who killed himself last  week had been prescribed powerful psychiatric drugs, some of which the FDA does  not approve for children. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt 0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">To the  Editor:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span>One looks at the  picture of this precious 7 year old boy and tries to imagine how\u00c2\u00a0such an  innocent could have\u00c2\u00a0imagined how to hang and kill himself with a cable&#8211;attached  shower head.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span>Might\u00c2\u00a0a  compulsion&#8211;twisted thoughts&#8211;have been born of the\u00c2\u00a0chemical assault  with\u00c2\u00a0multiple brain-altering poisons&#8211;the only abnormalities-diseases\u00c2\u00a0he ever  had.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span>In medicine a  disease is an objective, demonstrable abnormality&#8211;gross (a lump felt by manual  exam), microscopic (cancer cells from a biopsy or &#8216;Pap&#8217; smear) or chemical (high  blood sugar in diabetes, high phenylalanine in  phenylketonuria&#8211;PKU).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span>But psychiatry  is nowhere bound by the rules of science.\u00c2\u00a0All physicians know that psychiatry is  wholly\u00c2\u00a0owned and operated by the pharmaceutical industry and that their  obligation is to call all troubled, troublesome, entirely normal, emotional and  behavioral problems &#8220;diseases&#8221; so as to justify &#8220;treating&#8221; them with the drugs  their controlling partner manufactures.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span>Thus, the  &#8220;chemical imbalances&#8221; of the brain that psychiatrists magically diagnose without  examinations or tests become the sole justification for psychiatric prescription  drugs&#8211;&#8220;chemical balancers&#8221; for \u00e2\u20ac\u0153chemical imbalances\u00e2\u20ac\u009d of the brain&#8211;the biggest,  most dangerous health care fraud in history.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span>Recently a  pediatrician bent on healing Gabriel, a normal child, <\/span>had discontinued  all psychotropic drugs\u00c2\u00a0revealing a normal boy who not only did well, but  excelled, earning A&#8217;s and B&#8217;s at a Christian academy.\u00c2\u00a0 But that wasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t the  psychiatry-pharmaceutical cartel plan which is to make life-long patients of  normals with psychiatric \u00e2\u20ac\u0153diagnoses\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and drugs.\u00c2\u00a0 In this case they didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t figure  on \u00e2\u20ac\u0153life-long\u00e2\u20ac\u009d being so short.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">What we have here is not the legitimate practice of  medicine but a perversion of the language of medicine and criminal assault and  battery.<span> <\/span>In 2003, Dr. William Carey  testified to Congress that 17% of US schoolchildren were on one or more  psychiatric drugs.<span> <\/span>Today, with government  a full partner, they seek to impose Teen-Screen whereby 50-60 percent will be  diagnosed and drugged. Today, in Florida and every state in the US, shamefully,  60-70 percent of all foster children are labeled, drugged and billed for by the  psycho-pharmaceutical cartel, for no reason other than that they are  defenseless.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">Fred A.
